Return & Refund Policy

If you have received the wrong item(s), or one or more items in your order was received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@cliqadeal.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please retain all packaging materials and product(s) until we contact you.

Once we verify the issue of concern, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return the product/s. Do not ship any products back to us without contacting us first. If a product is returned to us without such confirmation, CliqaDeal will not guarantee refund, credit or replacement of the product.

All defective products are to be returned to CliqaDeal in their original condition, with tags and original packaging, with the invoice included, and sealed carefully. Receipt of returned product(s) by CliqaDeal is the sole responsibility of the customer.

CliqaDeal will examine product(s) returned by the customer for such defects/variations as reported by the customer, and ensure that remedial steps are taken immediately. If it is found, upon examination of the product/invoice/order receipt, that the error has occurred due to the customer, then CliqaDeal will offer to make any necessary modifications/alternations at the customer’s expense. If the error is found to be due to CliqaDeal, the product can be replaced or the amount refunded.

For verification purpose and speed up the process, in certain cases, we may ask you to provide the pics or videos of the performance of the product shipped. this helps our technical team to guide upon the functionality or access the damage.

NOTES:

  1. All items are a final sale and are not subject to refunds or returns. If the product is defective the item may then be returned.
  2. Any complaint with regard to damage, stains, stitching or any other issue should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may ask for a digital photo of your received item(s) in order to review and confirm the reported problem.

REFUND POLICY

CliqaDeal will refund the paid amount only if the order was damaged prior to delivery, faulty or if a wrong order was sent. No refund will be given by CliqaDeal if the order was delivered in accordance with the colour and size selections of the customer while placing the order. If it is found, upon examination of the product/invoice/order receipt, that the error has occurred due to the customer, then CliqaDeal will offer to make any necessary modifications/alternations at the customer’s expense. If the error is found to be due to CliqaDeal, the product can be replaced or the amount refunded.
